The story of a photographer
The camera is my life. I love to capture the life, the love, the essence of people, animals and the beauty of the world around me. I'm not just in love with photography.... I'm obsessed!
I fell in love with photography when I was a young child. With my Kodak Instamatic 110 camera, I clicked away, then stuffed the plastic film cartridge in an envelope, dropped it at the post office and impatiently waited for the mailman to deliver my prints.
Years later, I became a journalist, writing and taking pictures for weekly and daily newspapers. I then became a photographer/writer for the New Jersey State Senate. Throughout my career in government, I was a photographer (among other duties) to the state commissioners of five executive branch agencies under two governors and NJ’s lieutenant governor.
